Our law firm is an open and unrestricted partnership of attorneys providing legal services specifically focused on business and administration laws. Our key legal team consists of five attorneys, including three attorneys, two junior lawyers and other staff. If required by a specific project, we are prepared to supplement our team with attorneys, auditors or tax consultants that we have successfully cooperated with in the past. Thanks to such flexible cooperation, our law office provides complete legal services in almost all fields of law while maintaining a high quality standard of legal expertise and at the same time we can provide our clients with narrow professional specialization fulfilling their individual requirements. The flexibility and related low operational expenses of the office allow us to arrange for an individually tailored fee scheme reflecting the size and requirements of the client.
Our attorneys are highly knowledgeable of the international legal environment and gained their experience of international trade during their previous law practise. They have learnt the standards applied by the largest international and domestic law firms in the Czech Republic, which they now offer to their clients, however, under the terms and conditions adapted to Czech local law offices.
Our attorneys provide not only legal advice; they also represent their clients before the courts, administration and arbitration bodies in the Czech Republic. An important part of this service includes representation before regional administration courts (in the field of administration and finance laws), the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court. Furthermore, our attorneys represent their clients in proceedings held before the European Court of Human Rights. In cooperation with foreign law offices, we provide services in the enforcement of rights and receivables collection within the European Union, Russia, Canada, and the USA. We can provide such legal services in other geographical areas according to the requirements of our clients.
We have a long-term experience in teaching activities in our fields of expertise which are, in addition to the provision of respected expert views (independent expertise), used particularly by the state administration and local government bodies. Monitoring of incoming Czech legislation can also be provided for our clients. Furthermore, we offer to our clients monitoring of the Czech Insolvency Register.
