JUDR. KAMIL PODROUŽEK
Kamil Podroužek completed his studies at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in 2000 where he also completed his doctorate viva voce examination in 2002 - 2003 ("Process Conditions of Civil Court Proceedings"). He speaks English. He acquired his law practice by working in one of the largest Czech law firms and one of the largest offices in Hradec Králové. Since 2003, he has been providing legal services as an independent attorney. In the past, Kamil Podroužek provided legal services primarily to entities operating in the engineering, automotive and metallurgical industries. He specializes in the following fields of law: contract law, industrial and copyright laws, unfair competition, criminal law focused on business law crimes. Kamil Podroužek particularly focuses on litigation (representing clients before the court and arbitration bodies of the Czech Republic) including criminal proceedings. He represented his clients in disputes amounting to several hundred million CZK against the state authorities as well as against private entities resulting particularly from contracts for work, public tenders and tax disputes. Kamil Podroužek also acts as a bankruptcy trustee or insolvency administrator.

MGR. PETR MONÍK, LL.M.
Petr Moník completed his studies at the Faculty of Law at Západočeská univerzita in 2000 and was awarded a LL.M. degree following his postgraduate studies at the London Metropolitan University. He speaks fluently English. He acquired his law practice by working in one of the largest Czech law firms in Prague and then in one of the largest international law firms. Petr Moník provided legal advice e.g. in the following projects: financing of a developer group, acquisition of a catering company operating at the airport in the Czech Republic, legal audit on sale of a retail chain, legal audits on respective greenfield projects of Korean and US investors, construction of a shopping centre. He specializes in the following fields of law: international law, corporate law, real estate and banking law.

JUDR. STANISLAV KADEČKA, PH.D.
Stanislav Kadečka graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University (Mgr., 1999; JUDr., 2000; Ph.D., 2003 – awarded by Masaryk University in Brno - The Chancellor Award for excellent results in Ph.D. studies in 2004). He speaks English. He has been pursuing his law practice for many years focused on administration laws (including construction law, environmental law, local government law and issues related to various misdemeanours and other administrative delicts) as well as teaching the same at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University and the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University. He has also been involved in providing legal services in the field of constitutional law, criminal law, civil law and contract law for a number of years. As a generally respected expert in the field of administration law, Stanislav Kadečka is a vice chairman of a public law task group for the Legislation Council of the Czech Government and is a member of the Analysis Commission of the Chairman for the Office for the Protection of Competition, the Bank Council of the Czech National Bank as well as the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic, and is also a member of the legislation commission of the Presidency of The Union of Cities and Municipalities of the Czech Republic. He has authored and co-authored several books and articles in the field of administration law (including books published by the prestigious law publishing house, C. H. Beck). Over the past ten years, he has participated in many short-term study internships abroad and has been regularly involved in significant international conferences in the field of administration laws and public administration held in the Czech Republic and abroad.
